We offer laundry service on requests otherwise every check-in and out days days there will be free of charge House keeping, gardeners to maintain garden keep up, bed linens will be renewed check-in and out days. You will have exterior freezer That allows to keep fresh your longer stay shoppings.
Interaction with guests
The Palm Tree guest will always have an access free WiFi - Apple TV - and satellite TV beside of powerful Bluetooth sound system by Sony. There will be gardener and house keeper in case of anything needful urgently.

We thought living in the nature will be quite charming and also good experience for people who dreams to be back to nature. This holiday experience will definitely give them a lot idea which may shape their future dreams more precisely.
You will be having 2 mounting bike for your service at all time. Please feel free to have early morning cycling with your dearest one or enjoy with yourself alone by cycling. Everything is OKAY.

Important information:
- Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the price. The house will be cleaned and controlled just before your arrival.
- Please note that prices will be higher during the Turkish Bayram holidays.
What is not included in the price:
Please note that extra cleaning services, extra sheets and towels, vehicle rental, insurances, medical costs etc are not included in the price.
Payment:
40% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival.
Damage Deposit:
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out after a damage inspection of the accommodation has been made.

As a part of our service we also offer Dalaman airport transfer to a fair price, if required. In addition we can also offer car rental services and will deliver your car to you at Dalaman airport upon your arrival.
